This bright one bedroom apartment (with additional sofa bed) is perfect for anyone looking to explore the historic city of Portsmouth or simply have a relaxing retreat.
- 5 min walk to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard
- 8 mins to Gunwharf Quays
This first floor flat (sorry no lift!) is in the heart of it all (but just far enough away to afford peace and quiet). It's well appointed with all new appliances and digital conveniences. Take a stroll then come home to watch the sun set!

IMPORTANT
If you have an emergency outside of these office hours please leave a message on the answerphone with your name, property you are staying and details of the issue. If you come out the Flat and turn left down Queen Street - carry on down to the end of the Road - you have the Historic Dockyard on your right - and opposite on the waters edge you will find Hartgills fresh seafood shack and on the right hand side is Brittania Fish & Chips if you fancy some british tradiotion! Go left along the main Road and you will find a big Bus station and Portsmouth Harbour train station - with Gunwharf Quays next to it. All within a 10 minute walk from the flat. There is a park with playground immediately across the street as well.
The apartment is situated up 2 flights of stairs, fully equipped with a bathtub and shower over, a queen size sofa bed in the living room (perfect for families with children), fast & unlimited WiFi, smart TV, compact kitchen with a coffee machine and washing machine. The cozy and well lit double bedroom has a desk well suited to use as a workspace or makeup station. The dining table affords a great view for people watching, affords a lovely view of a park with playground, and can extend to easily seat four (or also serve as a space for remote working).
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Portsmouth Harbour which is a 15 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3.60 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.
PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £200 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY & THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £80.
For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including toiletries, toilet rolls, and kitchen basics, to help you settle in comfortably. If you require additional supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase these as needed.
