Relax at our gorgeous 4 bedroom villa in one of the popular neighbourhoods of Kyrenia town. There is plenty to see and do in the local area, which is built up and surrounded by the local community.

As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a super king bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
The fourth bedroom contains a double bed.


There are 4 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom is ensuite and has a toilet and sink.
The fourth bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:

-Deposit Required. Must be paid to the website or owner on request.
-Noise levels to be kept to a minimum at all times.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- There is free parking on premises, but is subject to availability if the owner is away.
Otherwise parking is available directly in front of the villa or to the side of the villa. Do
not block the garage entrance area.
- Pets are not allowed at the property. Leave them at home.
-All items provided to guests are accounted for. Lost/Missing (especially
towels),damaged items will be charged for from your deposit before it is returned.
-Pay-As-You-Go electricity meter. Credit given (300 units), but once used extra
electricity credit will need to be purchased.
-12 Tons of water provided.
-Generator on property which will kick into use if any power cuts in the local area.

House Manager can visit you for any help needed during your stay. Not on 24/7 call out, and may only get to you within the next 24 hours of reporting any issues within the property, due to other work commitments.
