Immerse yourself in the charm of the Andalusian culture from this charming and romantic loft managed by Sharing Co with unbeatable location in the center of Malaga a few steps from the beach and the main points of interest of the city. It has three beds, one double bed and two singles, separated these spaces by a screen but the space is completely open loft style.
This charming property also has a large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet to take relaxing baths after a long day touring the wonders of this city, also has a spacious living room and a beautiful dining room with four seats and a desk to work or study comfortably during your stay on the Costa del Sol.
The apartment has all the amenities to enjoy a great stay; fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and integrated heating. Surrounded by restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and close to the most important museums of the city. The ideal space for both families and remote workers who want to work from the Costa del Sol and have within walking distance the main points of interest of the city. Located in one of the best areas of Malaga, Paseo de Reding, a lovely residential area it is just 3 minutes walk from the cultural center La Malagueta, 5 minutes from the beach, 9 minutes walk from the Plaza de la Merced, 10 from the Picasso Museum, 14 from the University; It is also surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets and entertainment areas that you will love.
For stays of 28 days or longer, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. The Internet is complimentary for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 90 EUR.
