This property is a modern duplex located in the city centre of Porto, about 15 minutes walk from the vibrant Bolhão Market, Avenida Aliados, and Rua das Galerias de Paris (bars and club area). Situated on a quiet and family-friendly street in the Bonfim neighbourhood, the duplex features private balconies facing west, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a book and coffee.

The duplex is characterized by its modern-minimalist aesthetics and large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide ample natural sunlight. The open and spacious living area is furnished with a comfortable sitting area and a TV for entertainment. A large dining table is available for enjoying family or big groups' lunch while basking in the sun. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cookware and cutlery.

There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and an additional sofa bed in the living area can accommodate one extra guest. Hotel-quality linens are provided for a comfortable sleep.

The bathrooms are well-appointed, with clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
