From Rome Ciampino Airport: 
take bus 520 towards Cinecittà MA (for 7 stops) get off at the Tuscolana/Cinecittà (MA) stop, take Metro A towards Battistini and get off at the Cipro stop (Vatican Museums) and walk 5 minutes on foot.
From Rome Termini Station:
take Metro A towards Battistini and get off at the Cipro stop (Vatican Museums) and walk for 5 minutes.
