With capacity for 2 people, this apartment in Dénia welcomes you.
The flat has a wonderful garden area with a large lawn area to enjoy the shared swimming pool of 15x4m and a depth between 1.10 and 1.9m. It also has a pool for the little ones and an outdoor shower. As it is located in a residential area, privacy is partial.
Once in the house, you can prepare a delicious breakfast on the terrace area. Inside you will find a living-dining room with Smart TV, AC and an open kitchen with ceramic hob with all the necessary utensils for cooking. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, you have a bedroom with a double bed, AC and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.
It is located in Denia, city of Alicante, which is a paradise for sun and sea lovers. Just600 m away you will find Les Bovetes beach which is one of the most popular beaches or you can also go to Les Rotes beach, famous for its cliffs and hidden coves. In addition to its beaches it is an impressive historical and cultural heritage. The castle is a must-see, as well as the old town. You can't miss the opportunity to try the rice dishes either. If you are a nature lover there are numerous opportunities to enjoy outdoor activities. In short, it is a wonderful destination that combines beach, historical heritage, gastronomy and nature.
