Newly renovated cottage offering style and convenience. Located within walking distance to Wiscasset. A great home base for exploring Boothbay Harbor and many more midcoast Maine destinations!

A one bedroom cottage, perfect for two to four, or a family (a futon can sleep an additional 2 people). All the bed linens are included.

Sitting area with television. A full bathroom, with fresh towels. Eat-in kitchenette includes plenty of dish ware, hot plate, microwave, convention oven, coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, toaster and small fridge.

Plan a day excursion, or relax inside with the view of the harbor.

Make yourself at home in the cottage! Outside the cottage association has common areas to enjoy and walk areas including good sceneries, gazebo, a 100 ft pier.

Self Check In/Out

Access, check-in, and checkout instructions are available in the Vrbo app 3 days before check-in, and all other information is available as soon as they book. VRBO will also email the guide to you 3 days before check in. Comfortable place

We stayed here four nights, and it was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and they even had dog bowls and a dog bed for those who travel with their pet.

Great place for a long weekend in Mid Coast Maine

The cottage's location is perfect for mid coast Maine getaway. It is situated in a very cute neighborhood resort close to many things to do. We appreciated arriving to a clean, comfortable space in a peaceful, quiet area.

Stunning sunrise @ sunsets right outside your door. Location to Boothbay Harbor @ Botanical Gardens. We are frequent flyers and will definitely book again.

Home

Location to Boothbay and Botanical gardens is a short drive. The sunsets are unbelievable and its very quite. The room fits all our needs. Open plan gives us the space we need. I will be back in the fall. We had a door issue and it was sol ved the next morning

Edgcomb cottage

Cozy cottage with a nice view , well kept landscaping, even not right on the water. Kitchen well stocked (we like to cook😀) , very clean and nice area all around. Wiscasset is very close with good seafood restaurants. Boothbay Harbor is about 25 min away but a lot Going on there as far as shops and restaurants and cruises. Had a great time

Nice views of water and quiet location. Good base from which to visit many sites in the area. Property was clean and private. River across the Lane. Easy area to walk our dog.

Customer service was great. The house is close to everything you can go in either direction and spend days exploring. Lots of vegan and pet friendly options on this trip and the property is beautiful. Right on the water in a really quiet location

Wonderfully clean property and super host

Host is fantastic and helpful in every way. Property is clean, spacious, and encouraging. I love the signs saying “Serenity”. That’s just what you get on this wonderful property with fantastic view of inlet and quiet cottage resort. Definitely recommend! Super thumbs up!

Quiet and cozy. Plenty of space for 3 of us.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights with our teenager. There was plenty of space to spread out. Between the bedroom and the futon we all had plenty of space. The property was clean and had a beachy feel. Checkin and checkout were easy. The cottage gave us easy access to the Boothbay area which is a hidden gem.

Great setting and location

Cabin is roomy and well equipped. The setting on the water is quiet and convenient to Booth Bay, Botanical Gardens and surrounding villages. We love the mid coast area.Only suggestion we have is the VRBO email received 3 days before arrival with the door code should remind you of the check in time. The booking paperwork has it but that was done months in advance.

Lovely accomodations in a perfect location

We have stayed at this location a couple of times because we enjoyed it so much! It is generously spacious for two people, which we like much more than staying in a hotel room since it is more comfortable to have a bedroom in addition to a kitchen area and living room space, especially since it is dog friendly! It is always very clean and nicely decorated, has a comfortable bed and great shower, and couldn't be more convenient to all the places we go (Boothbay Harbor, Daramascotta, Bath, Reid State Park, Brunswick, and all the beautiful hiking spots in the area). We love this part of Maine and visit often and really enjoy staying at the Sheepscot Harbour Village because it is such a lovely setting, right on the water where you can watch gorgeous sunsets and feel at home.

Excellent Home Base for Mid-coast Maine Exploring

It is always great when you arrive at your property to find it exactly as was portrayed in the photos and description. If anything, the owners under-sell this property as it has amenities that weren't listed (a nice Keurig machine, for instance). The property has some of the best bathroom linens we've ever found at a VRBO or similar property. The views from the cabin are spectacular. There's a very good restaurant about 500 feet away, and it is easy to reach from Portland to Camden to Augusta all being about an hour or less away. We certainly hope to return in the future.

Great location for a November getaway

This cozy cottage had everything we needed for our stay including a lobster pot! Our dog loved the bed that was thoughtfully provided. We had a lovely view of Wiscasset across the water and the property was very convenient to Route 1. Would definitely recommend this property.
