Welcome to our cosy room in Cabañal, Valencia!
This room is perfect for those looking for a comfortable stay in one of the most vibrant and cheerful areas of the city.
This room can accommodate up to 2 people, is 15 square meters and is located on the ground floor of the building.

But the real jewel of this room is the access to an impressive 100 square meters terrace for communal use, where you can enjoy the sun and the sea views just 600 mt away. In addition, you will also have access to internet (wifi), fan and a TV for your comfort.
If you are a smoker, you will be happy to know that you can smoke on the terrace, but not inside the room.
In short, our accommodation in Cabañal is the perfect choice for those looking for a comfortable, cosy stay with a large terrace to enjoy the views and the sun.

This room is located in the heart of the maritime district of Valencia, El Cabañal, 5 minutes from the Malvarrosa beach and 20 minutes from the city centre by public transport.
It is one of the most historic neighbourhoods in Valencia, with the most traditional scenes and where life has a different rhythm.
Its architectural value is relevant with fishermen's houses, tiled façades, colourful buildings and modernist structures.
The area already has a network involving art collectives and theatre companies with numerous projects underway.
There are plenty of places to eat in the neighbourhood which is known for its authentic lunches.
In addition, there are a number of bars and entertainment areas that give it a youthful and dynamic atmosphere.

Ugly neighborhood
The listing was deceitful it implied beach property. The area is rundown with abandoned properties all around. It is a 10 minut walk to the beach in a nasty area. The property was clean. The communications with property were via email only with responses the next day. No refund was available once we booked.
