This spacious, luxurious detached villa is located in Resort Arcen. The villa is comfortable and fully equipped. There is a Smart TV in the living room, the kitchen is fully equipped and there are six bedrooms and no less than six bathrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (they may or may not be of the ensuite type). On the first floor you will find four bedrooms and four bathrooms. All bedrooms have two single box-spring beds, some of which in a double set-up. In one of the bathrooms is a nice and relaxing sunshower. The other bathrooms have a shower or bath. Layout and location in the villa may differ. A washing machine and dryer complete the picture. You will have a garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however.
