Cosy attic 5 minutes walking distance to Benalmádena.
The large terrace-attic has the same surface as the flat. It is open air and has a lounge area with sea and mountain views. We have another terrace with access from the living room/bedroom perfectly equipped for romantic moonlit dinners or family breakfasts.
Swimming pool often empty, as there are very few neighbours, with grass and parasols.
Located in the centre of everything. 15 minutes walk to the beach, marina Harbour, Ferris wheel, Selwo Marina and many other attractions. Restaurants, supermarket and bus stop 200 metres away! Also a taxi rank and supermarket open on Sundays -300 metres! The train station to the airport is a 10 minute walk away.
The parking in the basement of the building has direct access to the flat.
Here you will find everything you need for a perfect holiday.
Enjoy relaxing on the spacious and sunny roof terrace and its chill out area with sun loungers.
