Approx. 800 m from the sea you will find this well-appointed pool and activity holiday cottage that simply offers everything the heart desires of activities and opportunities for development. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and is built around two separate sleeping quarters and a total of 2 large bathrooms. Both bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. The house has an impressive pool area which includes a sauna, large built-in whirlpool with back massage, seat massage and hand-held shower. Dining / living room is tastefully furnished with flat-screen TV, PlayStation, lounge area and wood-burning stove, all contribute to creating a cosy atmosphere. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you come into the activity room where you can take you a game of darts or pool/billiards at the beautiful pool table. Here you can also challenge each other in table tennis or table football. Both the pool area and activity room is a great gathering place for the whole family. On the spacious plot that surround the house there is a sandbox and swings. The adults can relax on the sunbeds on the terrace. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.
