Recently replaced all windows with double pane energy efficient glass, replaced and painted all siding and replaced all insulation, mattresses and box springs and both A/C units.
Enjoy the pool table room or cook up a romantic gourmet meal in the large and lovely kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances. Walk or (short) drive to restaurants, parks and entertainment, but make sure you are back for the spectacular sunsets! The townhome is furnished with all of the conveniences of home, including garage with washer and dryer. It is one of only two townhomes in the building.
The unit is dog friendly, and children are welcome but need to be monitored. There is a pet fee of $100 per dog and I'll need to know the number, size and breed of the dog(s) and approve them. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS RECEIVED AND COUNTERSIGNED BY OWNER.
[NOTE: There are three floors of living space above the garage and lots of stairs, so this rental may not be suitable for the elderly or mobility challenged. Also, the condo association limits reservation to not more than 8 (excluding infants) even though the house sleeps 10 or more. Please do not inquire or book if you have more than 8 in your party. Because power (AC) and water rates are very expensive in Florida, per night prices are listed for 6-person occupancy. Extra persons (up to two) require an additional charge of $35/night plus sales and tourist tax (13% combined).
This is a two-unit townhouse. There was no hurricane damage to the living areas of my unit above the garage. The back porch is separated from the neighboring unit by a wall. My neighbor is not as far along on his repairs as I am, so depending on when you arrive, you may see plywood serving as garage doors on his side. It is unlikely that his repairs will be completed soon. I am working hard to get all of my garage repairs finished soon. The water softener, the grills and accessories were new about the last week of March and are kept in the garage. Do not use them in the garage due to the fire hazard.
