This well-appointed swimming pool house with whirlpool and sauna and magnificent location in the dunes by the Kettrup Mountains is located on a beautiful, hilly plot surrounded by a beautiful terrace area. To the south is a partially covered terrace, which continues on one side of the cottage towards the entrance, where the beautiful landscape surrounds the terrace, which allows you to see the wildlife up close. The house's pool section contains a large swimming pool, swimming coach, whirlpool and fantastic sauna with room for 4-6 people. The pool has an in-water corner staircase in addition to the regular edge ladder. Here, young and old will surely spend a lot of hours playing and splashing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cosiness and relaxation with cooking. At the long table in the living room, everyone can gather for communal dining or a board game. In the living room there is a wood burning stove and a cozy sofa group, where the holidays can be enjoyed with a good book or movie. Chromecast is installed and on the loft is PlayStation4. For the little ones there is a sandpit and swings close to the terrace. There are a total of four bedrooms with ample closet space and beds and two spacious bathrooms with underfloor heating. In addition, there is an air / water heat pump, so small costs for heating and hot water can be expected. Not for rent to youth groups.
