The holiday house has four bedrooms: One with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed, one with mattresses, and two large bedrooms on the first floor, each with a double bed and sitting area, one with a balcony. Here, you can start the day with honey from a nearby farm shop and enjoy yourself in the large living room with open kitchen and lovely view. In the evening, relax in the garden living room, which protects against the wind or enjoy a barbecue outside on the large terrace. Possibility to rent a 16-foot boat with 60 HP and explore the fjord or go on exciting fishing trips. A boat driver's license is required for everyone born after 1980. Life jackets for rent at Hytteservice Rumker AS (NOK 50/piece). In addition, there is a taxi boat that takes you to the district's most exciting places, or you can take a trip with Øysangferja, Norway's oldest wooden boat ferry. The ferry runs between Øysang and Risør, the white town by the Skagerak, where there are festivals, concerts, and events all year round. The saltwater aquarium in Risør can also be recommended. At Jegertunet holiday center 500 m away, there is a heated outdoor swimming pool open in summer (for a fee), restaurant, kiosk, and an interior design shop. Close by are tennis courts, bowling alley, volleyball court and a nice playground. At Camp Skarvann, you can hire canoes for nice paddling trips on Lake Skarvannet. At Stabbestad, 20 km away, there is a spa hotel and golf course as well as a mini-golf facility, and by the sea there is a beach club, harbor pool, and kayak rental on the fjord. A visit to the two small towns Kragerø in the north and Tvedestrand in the south can also be recommended. 'The little Zoo' at Brokelandsheia with Norway's largest rainforest is only 20 km away.
