The apartment stands out for its exquisite decoration and its fantastic location. It is also located next to the ITXAROPENA 2, ITXAROPENA 3 and ITXAROPENA 4 apartments, which makes it a very interesting option if you need two, three or four apartments in the same building and location.
The Itxaropena tourist apartments are located in the center of Zarautz, on Herrikobarra Street, a quiet, safe and pedestrianized area, and 350 meters from the beach.
The apartment consists of a two leveled warm and cozy space. As soon as you enter you find the kitchen-dining room and after going down three stairs you have an open space with two single beds, a living area and the bathroom. It should be noted that it contains a large bathtub and shower.
Wifi access.
There is the possibility of reserving parking. The price varies according to season. Reservation is necessary.
Being a tourist apartment, it is located on the ground floor.
