The territory of Pergine Valdarno is located in the geographical triangle of the provinces of Arezzo(20km), Siena(50km) and Florence (62km), occupying a part of the hill system between the Valdarno and the Valdichiana.
The House is ideal for families and a group of friends who wish to spend a vancaza together. It has a ground floor and first floor attic with a beautiful panoramic view.
