All the accommodation is on one level with access from most rooms directly out to the terraces and pool. The villa faces west, with open views across the valley, enjoying sun all day and benefitting from the last of the sun in the evening. All opening windows and patio doors have mosquito blinds and metal shutters for security.
There are three large bedrooms all with super king (180 cm) beds. The main bedroom has an en suite shower room and a dressing area, with patio doors leading out onto the terrace. Bedroom 3 also has patio doors out onto the terrace and this bed has the option to be configured as two singles. There is a second large shower room between bedrooms two and three. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes and air conditioning.
The large well equipped kitchen has everything you need, equipped with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the utility room adjoining the kitchen.
The living room has comfortable seating for 6 people and large smart tv. The tv has Spanish tv channels and some other European channels.
The patio doors from the living room and kitchen lead directly on the naya, covered terrace, where there is a dining table and chairs and comfortable sun loungers. The naya looks directly onto the pool, with open views across the valley. Around the pool there are further sun loungers, comfy outdoor seats and an additional outdoor dining table. There is a charcoal kettle bbq with utensils. At the far end of the terrace is an outdoor hot and cold shower.
There is secure off road parking on the drive for 2 cars, accessed through an electric sliding gate. The driveway is below the property and then there ar some shallow steps up to the front door. There is also level pedestrian access, through a locked gate, from the road, with only one step up to the front door.
