Villa Maestral is located in Vrbnik on the island of Krk. Vrbnik is one of the most picturesque old towns on the Croatian coast and the view you have from Villa Maestral is truly wonderful. In addition to the new, modern villa, you have a heated swimming pool, a fitness center, an outdoor kitchen and much more at your disposal. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people.The main feature of the area surrounding the villa is the 24 m2 and 1.5 m deep heated pool with amazing views. There are six sun loungers by the pool for sunbathing. For cooking in the summer, be sure to use the completely covered outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with a fireplace and a sink. There is a separate bathroom (outside the house) with a toilet, shower, sink and washing machine, as well as a gym. Another covered terrace has a table with six chairs for al fresco dining and socializing on pleasant evenings.Entering the interior of Villa Maestral, we are greeted by a large living space. The villa offers 148 m2 of living space on a 400 m2 fenced plot. In the main living area of the villa there is a kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is very well equipped, in it you will find all the necessary appliances: coffee maker, crockery and accessories, microwave, oven, dishwasher and stove. The dining area is furnished with a table for six people. In the living area you will find a large sofa set. Also on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms with its own bathroom and separate toilet.The staircase takes you to the upper floor where there are two more comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Each also has its own bathroom. They are furnished with a double bed, a TV and a chest of drawers. From both bedrooms there is an exit to the balcony where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea.Villa Maestral is completely fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces. It is also air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.Vrbnik is an ancient town built on a 50 m high cave known for its rich gastronomy and wine production. Be sure to visit them, take a walk around this unusual town and get acquainted with the culture and traditions of the island. And don't forget to "squeeze" through the narrowest street in the world, only 50 cm wide: it's called Klančić!
