This villa comprises entrance hall, living and dining room, kitchen, 2 en suite bedrooms, one with balcony, 2 bathrooms with bathtub on the upper floor and a bathroom on the lower floor, terrace with swimming pool and private parking. with parking space on the -1 floor and direct access to the house.

The room has 2 environments, the living room and the dining room. In the living area you will find the sofa and is equipped with TV and air conditioning. The room can accommodate up to 2 adults or 4 children in extra beds, however, it does not have black-out curtains.

The kitchen has the necessary utensils and crockery to cook your meals and is equipped with Zanussi appliances, which guarantee its quality.

The bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to the terrace, the other with two single beds and a window. Both en suite with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

The balcony offers outdoor furniture, with a table and chairs to enjoy an outdoor breakfast overlooking the pool.

The capacity of this villa is 6 people, however, we inform you that the room does not have black-outs. For babies, upon request, we have a travel bed and a high chair. We inform you that the travel cot does not include sheets.

A private condominium close to the beach, perfect for families, it also offers a range of leisure facilities such as restaurants and bars, an 18-hole golf course and the Salgados nature reserve.

The terrace with swimming pool, with good sun exposure and equipped with sun loungers and parasols, turns out to be the ideal environment for tanning and relaxing.

The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.

ALBUFEIRA TOURIST TAX - Please be advised that the tourist tax must be paid and proof must be presented at check-in. Payment information will be sent after booking confirmation.
The Tourist Tax is applicable to people over 12 years old, and costs €2.00 per person/day for a maximum stay of 7 days.

Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.

We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Bookings for people between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
