It comes with an open floor plan. The space features a heavenly queen bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a flat-screen TV so you can sleep or watch your favourite shows comfortably.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, a fridge and a microwave.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The space is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a fantastic location to explore the city. Visitors can explore the famous Livraria Lello, Porto Cathedral, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower, Ageas Porto Coliseum, Chapel of Souls, FC Porto Museum, and Igreja do Carmo.

It is conveniently located near several stations, such as Marquês (8 minutes walk), Combatentes (11 minutes walk), Campanha (1.8 km), São Bento Station (2.1 km), and Contumil (3.8 km). This location is perfect for those who need to be close to public transport.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
