Welcome to our modern apartment, which has been created with your maximum comfort in mind. It's a place where you feel at home, whether you're here for a short getaway, a longer business stay or a romantic trip. In the apartment you will find a large, comfortable 2-person bed to ensure a restful night's sleep after an eventful day and a sofa bed to accommodate two extra people. The spacious bathroom is additionally equipped with a bidet and a bathtub, allowing you to relax after a day full of activity. The flat also has a smart TV and internet access.

Guests can use all the amenities available in the apartment, including coffee, tea, etc., as well as the equipment of the apartment (washing machine, hair dryer, iron, etc.) - unless otherwise stated in the description.
We provide fresh linen and towels in a hotel standard.
On request, we provide a portable baby cot.

We kindly ask you to abide by the House Regulations, mainly with regard to keeping quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (it is absolutely forbidden to organize parties after 10:00 p.m.) and that smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Each breach of the regulations results in the commencement of the debt collection process by the booking portal and the collection of a deposit.

1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Do not let unverified people into the apartment.
3. The User is fully responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the stay. Guests will be charged with any material damage, if any.
4. People not mentioned in the booking are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Organizing parties, parties or special events is strictly prohibited if it has not been previously discussed with the host.
6. Make sure that all windows are closed before leaving the house.
7. This is a non-smoking apartment. In the event of a breach, a one-time penalty fee will be applied.
8. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 per hour.
9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day, unless otherwise stated in the description.
