Rest in a comfortable apartment in a green mountain enclave with a view of Giewont in the immediate vicinity of the Tatra National Park. We offer our guests a space that combines Podhale tradition with modernity. Here you will find a place to relax outside, a playground for children and ponds that give a charming atmosphere.

Location:
The location of the entire investment is aimed at guests looking for active recreation and sightseeing, as well as for those who want to stop for a moment.
Within a few or several minutes by car, all the greatest attractions of Podhale are available to visit, such as Zakopane and the famous Krupówki, Gubałówka, Wielka Krokiew, a number of mountain and bicycle trails, as well as many ski resorts and mountain SPAs.

Apartment:
The apartment is located on the first floor of one of the newly built villas. The space has been designed to reflect the mountain climate and combine it with modern natural materials. Thanks to this, we can invite you to the interior, where highlander herringbone fits perfectly with fashionable materials and furniture. The apartment is designed for six people, offering a comfortable QueenSize bed and two single beds in a separate bedroom. In the living space there is a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary equipment such as a dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. There is also a washing machine at guests' disposal, and a shower is provided in the bathroom. In the seating area you will find a TV with terrestrial TV. The apartment also has a fast, wireless Internet WiFi.
This incredibly comfortable and atmospheric place will certainly meet the expectations of guests who want to enjoy their stay in the Polish mountains in peace and quiet.

~~~ Access ~~~

Guests can use all amenities available in the apartment, both coffee and tea prepared for them, as well as the apartment's equipment (washing machine, hair dryer, iron, etc.) - unless otherwise stated in the description.
We provide fresh linen and towels in the hotel standard.
A portable baby cot is available upon request.

We offer our Guests breakfasts at a price of 40 PLN per person:
1. The order for at least 2 meals is delivered in the form of catering.
2. Breakfast are served from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.
3. We accept payment by card or bank transfer.
4. Orders can be placed until 5:00 pm the day before breakfast.

We kindly ask you to comply with the House Regulations, mainly in terms of keeping the quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00 (an absolute ban on organizing parties after 22:00) and the ban on smoking in the apartment.
Each violation of the regulations results in the start of the recovery process through the booking portal and the collection of the deposit.

1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Do not let unverified people into the apartment.
3. The user bears full responsibility for any damage or loss caused during the stay. Guests will be charged for any material damages if they occur.
4. Persons not mentioned in the booking cannot stay in the apartment.
5. Organizing parties, parties or special events is strictly prohibited, if not previously discussed with the host.
6. Before leaving home, make sure all windows are closed.
7. This is a non-smoking apartment. A one-time penalty fee will be applied in case of violation.
8. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 per hour.
9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day, unless otherwise indicated in the description.
