Planning to stay here, you don't have to worry about connectivity to other parts of the city. Just 200 meters from the apartment are tram stops on Krakowska Street and Starowiślna Street. It will take you just 3 minutes by tram to reach the Market Square. If you prefer to walk, this route can be covered on foot in just 15 minutes.

This modern apartment is equipped with a large, comfortable 2-person bed and a sofa bed with sleeping function, ideal for another 2 people. The bathroom has a shower, providing a moment of relaxation. To allow you complete freedom, the apartment also has a functional kitchenette, which will allow you to prepare meals according to your own tastes.

In addition, to ensure your full comfort and convenience, the apartment offers access to free WiFi, so you can stay connected to the world and use the Internet anywhere inside the apartment. The living and sleeping area has been carefully designed, and the living area features a large table with comfortable chairs, allowing you to dine in a pleasant atmosphere and work or relax at the table.

In particular, to provide you with relief on warm days, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which allows you to regulate the temperature inside the room. This place guarantees a combination of functionality, comfort and modern design, creating the perfect environment during your stay.

We provide fresh linen and towels in a hotel standard.

We kindly ask you to abide by the House Regulations, mainly with regard to keeping quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (it is absolutely forbidden to organize parties after 10:00 p.m.) and that smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Each breach of the regulations results in the commencement of the debt collection process by the booking portal and the collection of a deposit.

3. The User is fully responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the stay. Guests will be charged with any material damage, if any.
4. People not mentioned in the booking are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Organizing parties, parties or special events is strictly prohibited if it has not been previously discussed with the host.
6. Make sure that all windows are closed before leaving the house.
7. This is a non-smoking apartment. In the event of a breach, a one-time penalty fee will be applied.
8. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 per hour.
9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day, unless otherwise stated in the description.
