Rakowicka Street owes its popularity to its location - in a close neighborhood is the Main Railway Station, from where there are connections almost all over Poland and beyond! Right next door there is the University of Economics, the Cracow Opera House and the Strzelecki Park. The Old Town is also within walking distance (10 minutes), and the ideal public transport connection allows you to get to any part of the city. By tram you can easily get to the Jewish district of Kazimierz in 15 minutes, 4 minutes to the Old Town and 20 minutes to the historical district of Podgórze. Downstairs you will find not only a small grocery store but also caverns where you can spend a nice time with friends or family. A few minutes from the residential complex is Galeria Krakowska Shopping Mall, where you will find all the shops you need for smaller or larger purchases.
It is an ideal district for those who prefer to feel the atmosphere of the city but also appreciate the quiet and comfort.

Loft Affair Team would like to offer you modern fully furnished and beautifully decorated apartment in close proximity to the historic Old Town.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a brand new building with elevator and 24h security and monitoring.
It consists of a spacious living room with a double queen-size bed and a sofa bed, which can easily accommodate another two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary tools for cooking and even baking. There will be a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker etc. To make your stay even more comfortable we have also prepared coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil and other important details. The bathroom of the apartment has a shower, where you can relax after a day of sightseeing or work. There will also be a washing machine and toilet.
A big asset of this apartment is also a cozy balcony with a place to relax with friends or family.

This is a good choice for those who would like to spend an unforgettable time in the royal city.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and building. Everything is included in price and at guest's disposal, including professional hotel bedlinen, shower gel, shampoo and other essentials.
Guests can ask for concierge services any time during their stay.
Coffee, tea and basic cooking amenities are provided. There is no actual breakfast offered in the apartment. However guests get exclusive discounts to local restaurants where they can enjoy one.

In view of apartment's character and location we kindly ask to abide our House Rules. Primarily please remember about quiet hours from 22:00 till 6:00 (organizing party is strictly forbidden) as well as not smoking in the apartment.

1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment.
3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred.
4. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden if not discussed previously with the host.
6. Before leaving the house make sure are all windows are closed.
7. This is a non smoking apartment. A one time penalty fee will be applied if violated.
8. Late check outs are charged an extra fee of 15 EUR per 1 hour.
9. Parking if available is paid as extra fee of 15 EUR / day, unless agreed or written in the description otherwise.
