A quaint and stylish house near the beach, train station and seaside towns. Easy access to Largs and the ferry to Arran also making it ideal base or perfect place to relax. The home is open planned offering the lovely views of the spiral staircase and kitchen from the living room. The living room has a stylish and comfy corner suite with foot stool which can be pulled in to allow extra sleeping options. The tv is an 39” smart tv allowing you to connect to Netflix etc. Wi-Fi and thermostat is by the tv. Upstairs is the bed room. At the top of the stairs are lights to showcase the stunning glass staircase. There is a super king sized bed with Bluetooth speakers and light strip as well as a number of storage options allowing plenty of space for clothing and items. Two velux windows with black out blinds and another window overlooking the view towards the beach to be enjoyed. The driveway outside is convenient and allows parking of two cars for peace of mind. Including this there are a number of cafes and restaurants/takeaway.
Stevenston, Saltcoats and ardrossan(The three towns as they are known) are steeped in history and lore. There are a number of castles in the areas notably in ardrossan where the Ardrossan Castle has links back to early Scotland history. In Saltcoats there are a few landmarks including a statue of Bobby Lennox a football legend born in the area. A number of attractions overlooking the sea at the shore front which is a lovely walk also linking the towns together. In Stevenston there is a mural of Robert burns down on the beach a short walk away from my home. Robert Burns born in Ayrshire so a mural fitting for him. His home is also a landmark in Ayr is wished to venture further afield. Culzean castle in this and highly recommended if you can get the transport. There are a high number of paths and dunes nearby towards the beach in Stevenston for walking or perfect cycling routes. Millport ferry is a 30 minute train ride also and is a lovely cycling route to experience the whole of Millport. The arran ferry is also a 5 minute train ride from my property with the train arriving right at the ferry. Arran having a wealth of options from enjoying the local scenes to climbing Goatfell. In addition to this there is a few pubs down the road to enjoy some refreshments. A walk or train ride into Saltcoats offering more pubs as well as a small nightclub. There are also a a few restraints/bars overlooking the sea and beach areas and a cinema also offering plenty to keep you entertained.

Good location and functional accommodations. A bar and a couple of stools along the kitchen wall would be a good addition, providing a place to eat instead of just the couch.
