Le logement est très bien, seul petit bémol la route devant de la maison est assez dangereuse (voitures qui circulent trop vite et pas de trottoir). Nous recommandons!

Gîtes très propre bien équipé.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Les savoyards sont accueillants à proximité d"Alberville .Pas de souci de recharge électrique borne à proximité du gîte.

Le propriétaire nous attendait pour notre arrivée de 16h00, très bon accueil, nous avons eu une petite surprise. Ils nous dit ou il y avait de la marche à faire. Nous conseillons cette location.

Bon moments

La maison est très jolie décorée avec goût et bien équipée. La literie est très confortable. Nos hôtes sont très accueillants et nous conseillent pour les lieux à visiter. Le seul bémol est la route passante qui se situe juste dernière la maison. Je recommande fortement cette location .

Dit fijne huisje op deze authentieke plek; onderdeel van een grote voormalige boerderij is ons prima bevallen. Het is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor tripjes in de regio, van bergwandelingen tot cultuur in de Conflan of ontspanning in het meer van Annecy. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enig minpuntje is de kwaliteit van de wifi waardoor het streamen van een serie amper mogelijk was. Maar als je dat niet belangrijk vindt, dan is het ook wel lekker rustig

Schön aber laut!

Für frühaufstehende Bergwanderer eine tolle Unterkunft, aber wer länger als bis 5 Uhr morgens schlafen will der hat ein Problem: direkt am Haus führt die Durchgangsstraße vorbei (ohne Gehsteig). Ab 5 Uhr morgens donndern LKW (70 dB und mehr) direkt am Schlafzimmer vorbei. W-lannist vorhanden, funktioniert aber nur sporadisch.

Au coeur des montagnes

Gite de caractère situé dans petit village tout près d’Albertville avec des commodités appréciées (bar-tabac/pizzas à emporter + bon petit resto préparant également plats à emporter thaï et faisant dépôt de pain & viennoiseries). Le village est traversé par une route principale qui borde le gite et le passage des véhicules peut parfois incommoder La location est très propre, bien décorée, tous ustensiles pour cuisiner : rien ne manque. Situation idéale pour rayonner sur les différents massifs et Annecy Et pour terminer l'accueil, la gentillesse et les conseils des propriétaires qui nous ont permis de passer un très agréable séjour !

Prettige uitvalbasis voor een weekje motorvakantie

2 slaapkamers, 1 mooie badkamer (alleen douche) en een prima keuken met 4 pits gasstel en een vaatwasser. Daarnaast nog de beschikking over een wasmachine. Alles keurig verzorgd. Handdoeken, theedoeken, linnengoed, alles aanwezig. Meer heb je voor een weekje weg met de motor niet nodig. Let wel, er is verder niets, voor boodschappen moet je naar Albertville of een naastgelegen dorp (la Bathie). Ik heb het hier echter prima naar mijn zin gehad.

Gemütlich und sehr erholsam

In den elf Tagen, die wir hier verbracht haben, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bestens erholt und können die Unterkunft daher nur empfehlen. Zum Schlafen konnte sich jeder von uns dreien in einen eigenen Raum zum Schlafen zurückziehen (also als drittes Schlafzimmer sozusagen das Wohnzimmer mit Klappsofa). Die Küche, zwar klein (aufpassen: man stößt sich leicht den Kopf...), ist bestens ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle! Während es draußen manchmal sehr heiß war, war die Temperatur im Häuschen immer perfekt. Und so konnten wir tagsüber auch das kleine Gartenstück, abends den großen überdachten Balkon genießen. Einziges Manko: der Straßenlärm, in der Ferne die Nationalstraße (und der Zug), direkt am Haus die Dorfstraße; aber daran haben wir uns dann auch gewöhnt und konnten gut damit leben. Ansonsten hat man nämlich absolut seine Ruhe. Danke nochmal an die sehr freundlichen Vermieter und ihr herzliches Willkommen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

superbe maison, un accueil des plus chaleureux avec Janine et Pierre Bianchi

d'une propreté rare avec des matériaux de grande qualité, une première terrasse sympa, une deuxième donnant sur les chambres ou l'on passe de bonnes soirées au calme avec vue sur les montagnes merci pour la bouteille de vin blanc au demeurant très bonne et la confiture de groseilles de Janine excellente la région est magnifique, une semaine c'est trop court nous reviendrons l'année prochaine, c'est une certitude, Janine nous a promis de nous faire visiter de beaux endroits, elle connait sa région sur le bout du doigt Merci pour tout Dominique et Stéphane
