This flat is located in the Playa Els Molins district, 6 km from the centre of Denia. Just a 5 minute walk away are the restaurants, La Ca Toni and Il Fratelli Restaurant where you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets while enjoying a cocktail and a good meal.

You can walk to the beach and to the various restaurants, bars and shops close to the residence. To go to the city centre of Denia you have to take the bus, taxi or car.
