On adore!

Nous venons ici depuis plusieurs années avec toujours autant de plaisir. Location idéalement située pour rayonner dans la région, très confortable. La terrasse en angle est très agréable. La propriétaire est charmante. La piscine et la proximité du plan d'eau de Flumet sont un plus.

toujours parfait!

nous étions déjà venus l'année dernière et l'appartement est vraiment parfait. La propriétaire est adorable ainsi que Pierre qui s'occupe des entrées et sorties. En plus cette année nous avons eu de la neige contrairement à l'année dernière! Vraiment merci pour tout!!!

superbe séjour

nous sommes extrêmement content de notre séjour. Maria est adorable, j'ai eu une très bonne communication avec elle. l'appartement est très bien situé et très fonctionnel. Le monsieur de l'agence qui nous a accueilli était vraiment très sympa! je n'ai rien à redire vraiment merci !!!!!

Très bonne location dans une très belle région

Location confortable et très bien située dans laquelle nous sommesrevenus. La propriétaire est toujours disponible. Nous aimons beaucoup cet endroit dans le Val d'Arly, proche du beaufortain. Cette région offre de très nombreuses randonnées (un chemin passe juste derrière l'appartement).

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines. L'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants), bien agencé et équipé. Proximité immédiate du village / station (pain et épicerie). Idem pour l'accès aux chemins de randonnée juste derrière l'immeuble. Et bien qu'elle soit dans un autre bâtiment, la piscine est un vrai plus ! Enfin, rien à dire non plus sur l'accueil, chaleureux et professionnel !

Très bon séjour, proche des pistes

Les + : très chouette appartement, une bonne grandeur, pas trop grand, pas trop petit, parfait pour 4 personnes. Très bien équipé , il y a tout ce qu il faut. Très bonne literie. Proche des pistes de ski du Cernix Cohennoz, 6 min à pied en chaussures de ski. Grand local à ski privé, on sait vraiment y mettre les chaussures bâtons skis pour 4 personnes. Garage sous terrain privé où la voiture peut y rentrer avec un box de toit. Propritaire répond rapidement aux question par mail. Grande terrasse agréable lorsqu il fait plein soleil. Attention la piscine est dans le bâtiment principal ( là où est le garage privé) C est une piscine commune pour tous les bâtiments. Les -: Arriver à l appartement depuis le garage: faut traverser 3 bâtiments et prendre 4 ascenseurs ou alors traverser le premier bâtiment ( 2 ascenseurs) et prendre le chemin qui monte. Pas évident avec les valises et courses! Il y a la possibilité de se garer plus haut sur un parking extérieur et éviter de rentrer dans tous les bâtiments mais alors il y a 69 marches à monter plus le chemin qui monte... toujours pas pratique avec valises ou courses. Faut rien oublier dans sa voiture. Pas de connexion wifi et le réseau est quasi inexistant ni internet ni portable. Faut se mettre sur la terrasse pour avoir un peu de réseau. Mais cela peut faire une semaine de déconnexion totale. L accueil pour la remise des clefs à l arrivée et au départ est super rapide, pas le temps de poser des questions lorsqu on ne connaît pas la région. L insonorisation au niveau plafond, on entend très fort les voisins du haut.

Appartement situé au Cernix, à 250m des pistes. Accès un peu tortueux depuis le garage mais une fois arrivé à l'appartement c'est le calme assuré !!! Seul bémol, la prestation de l'accueil assuré par la société savoiemsl... Il faut aimer se faire chahuter... On reviendra c'est certain !!!

Très beau logement proche des pistes

Appartement tout confort proche d une station familiale. Idéalement situé. Très bonnes literies . Propriétaire très sympathique qui a répondu à toutes nos questions lors de la préparation de notre séjour. A noter que la société en charge de l accueil a parfaitement fait son job. Nous vous conseillons cette location. Toutefois si vous avez besoin de l accès à Internet pour des raisons professionnelles, la couverture réseau sur la station est quasi inexistante et le logement ne dispose pas de connexion wifi.
