Cozy apt in the heart of the city centre. We have everything you need for your stay in Liverpool on your door step- just a 5 minute walk to Liverpool 1 for shopping, bars & restaurants. Close to China Town- one of Europe’s largest & oldest Chinese communities. A stones throw away from Duke street and the nightlife in Liverpool. The apartment itself is extremely quiet, making it the perfect escape after a busy day! Please request car parking permit 24 hours before arrival, Street parking

The Space:
One bedroom luxurious apartment in the heart of the City Centre- 2 double beds in the main bedroom plus sofa bed in living area. Very spacious with lots of natural light!

Located just off Duke Street, this apartment is perfect for a stay in Liverpool.
China Town is a few minute walk from the property, whilst Liverpool One with all your shops, bars, restaurants etc is also only a stones throw away.
Liverpools famous Albert Dock is also within walking distance, allowing you to visit all Liverpool has to offer during your stay.
We have 1 parking permit to provide during your stay. Please note this is for 1 vehicle, if you will be arriving in additional vehicles there is all day parking at the bottom of our street (just a few minute walk, £8/ day) There are also 2 nearby train stations (Liverpool Lime street & Liverpool Central) both within walking distance to the apartment.

Getting Around:
FREE Parking permit for 1 vehicle. For any additional vehicles there is all day parking available on the same street for just £8/ day

Other Things to Note:
Keys must be collected & dropped off at local mini market, located 2 minutes from the property. Guests will receive a code prior to arrival to provide at the mini market.
