Adjacent to the living room, youll find a sophisticated dining area that comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, while the single-line kitchen is thoughtfully designed for both functionality and style. It features a modern kitchen island equipped with NEFF hobs, and a built-in extractor, providing a convenient and efficient cooking space and a BOSCH refrigerator. The island is accompanied by two sleek stools, making it an ideal spot for your breakfast.



To enhance effortless transitions and seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, the seating area, dining table, and kitchen area all offer direct access to the terrace through sliding doors. This arrangement brings the beauty of the outdoor scenery right into the living area, while keeping the area bright and airy. Completing the ground floor is a convenient WC.




First Floor


The first floor of this exquisite villa can be reached through an elegant hanging staircase. Once upstairs, youll find three comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms, as well as a cute coffee station with espresso machine.
-The master bedroom features a luxurious 1.80 x 2.00 bed, a vanity area, two open closets, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a modern shower cabin.
- Adjacent to the master bedroom is another delightful bedroom, furnished with two single beds that can be conveniently joined together to form a 1.80 x 2.00 bed and a spacious closet.
- The third bedroom on the first floor boasts a generous 1.80 x 2.00 bed and a wardrobe.


Each of these bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning for personalized comfort, 43 smart TVs for entertainment, PAPOUTSANIS products for self-care, and grants access to a shared balcony. This balcony presents breathtaking views of the shimmering sea and overlooks the inviting pool terrace, offering a serene setting to enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings, as well as additional seating space.

Guest House


An autonomous guest house that can be reached either through the inviting pool terrace or the convenient parking area, offers an extra layer of tranquility, ensuring easy and private entry.


Inside, guests will discover the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment, as the living area presents a cozy corner sofa, ideal for accommodating an additional guest, alongside a Marshall Bluetooth speaker and a 55 smart TV, all while providing direct access to the pool terrace for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.


For added convenience, the guest house also features a second fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast counter for two, allowing guests to prepare and enjoy their meals with ease.




Descending the stairs, the 5th tastefully decorated bedroom awaits, featuring two single beds that can be easily joined together, an open closet, a 43 smart TV, and A/C. The highlight of the bedroom is the four-seater hot tub, creating a luxurious and indulgent experience. Decorated with cacti and plants, the bedroom exudes a soothing atmosphere, while an en-suite bathroom with a refreshing shower cabin and an auxiliary space housing a washer/dryer ensure utmost convenience and practicality for guests.


Outdoor area


The modern architecture of Villa Kalon, combined with elements of stone and decorated with cacti and plants blends perfectly with the landscape. The expansive exterior of the Villa spans across 700 m2, providing a multitude of exceptional facilities for guests to enjoy. More specifically:


- A private ecological saltwater swimming pool measuring 45 sq.m., featuring a hydromassage function and a depth of 1.50 m with step access. An in-pool deck, furnished with four comfortable pillow loungers adds a lovely touch. This pool uses salt water electrolysis. Additionally, the pool can be heated upon request for the entire stay, with an additional daily charge.

- Adjacent to the pool, guests will find a luxurious arrangement of four day beds, accompanied by convenient side tables and a poolside shower. Additionally, an inviting outdoor sitting area beckons with its cozy corner sofa, coffee table, providing a perfect spot for relaxation.


- For outdoor cooking and dining, a gas BBQ grill with an outdoor sink is provided, allowing guests to enjoy a homemade meal amidst the beautiful surroundings. The outdoor dining area, comfortably seating 10 guests, benefits from natural shade provided by the building, offering an idyllic setting for al fresco dining.


- Lawn covered area designed for childrens enjoyment. Here, an outdoor playground awaits, complete with a climbing structure featuring a slide, football nets, and swings. Below the playground, a shaded area houses a ping pong table and an additional seating area, ensuring endless entertainment for guests of all ages. Yoga equipment and free weights are also available for those wishing to stay in shape.


- 3 bikes for adults are also available, so you can explore the area near the villa.


- Ample parking space is available for several cars inside the villa premises with EV charger.



- The entire villa is fully fenced and features a gated entrance, offering peace of mind and a serene retreat for our esteemed guests.
