Molokai Building Tower Roof Replacement Notice 2025: Please be advised of upcoming construction activities that may affect your stay. Pre-construction work will begin on March 31, 2025, involving material hoisting, barricade installation, and crane setup. From April 24 to July 16, 2025, the building’s HVAC system will be out of service. Major roof demolition is scheduled to start on April 28, 2025, and will generate significant noise for approximately 30 days, with additional shorter noise periods expected throughout the project. There may also be occasional water outages, but service will be restored by the end of each workday. Advance notice of disruptions will be provided whenever possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, Maui is in a tropical climate and simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay
