Stay in this new-generation villa which at the same time reflects the rustic Tuscan style with your family. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for one and a half, kitchenette, bathroom and large private garden with swimming pool. The private swimming pool measures 6x5x1.50 meters deep, complete with a solarium with sunbeds, umbrellas, two gazebos, barbecue. The property is accessed via a private road surrounded by cypresses, oleanders, and a private gate. It has a double entrance and an internal spiral staircase. Situated in a strategic position between the three provinces of Pisa, Siena, and Grosseto, from the villa it is possible to quickly reach the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany. Immersed in 6 hectares of park and a private garden divided between a forest of tall trees and fields of olive trees, it offers pleasant walks and trekking routes for excursions. From Casa Vacanze Porrine 40 and 60 Km you can reach Volterra and Siena and with only 35Km the beautiful beaches of FOLLONICA and PUNTA ALA. On the road to LECCIA, a fork to the left leads to the site of the "Aque populoniae" an important Etruscan-Roman spa town from the 3rd century. B.C. is currently being excavated; it is the world's largest Etruscan and Roman sacred thermal complex. Only 12 km away in the town of SASSO PISANO, it is possible to regenerate in the thermal waters of the BIOLAGO. It is a bathing complex, intended for relaxation and personal well-being. It consists of a caldarium with water at 36° degrees and hydromassage, a tepidarium, and a photo-purified lake at room temperature. Built-in June 2023, with particular attention to the finishes and materials (roof covering in ancient roof tiles and local chestnut beams). Whenever possible, guests will be offered a basket of organic fruit and vegetables with the possibility of purchasing local BIO extra virgin olive oil. The villa also has a shaded box for a car park.
