It has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 bathrooms, 2 splendid terraces with barbecue, full kitchen, living room and laundry facilities. The whole floor is parquet and the front terrace has been decked. The house has been completely renovated. No TV in the room, free wifi all day, air conditioning throughout the apartment. Located on the 5th. floor with elevator and panoramic plan, any time there is always sun terraces, ideal for any month of the year.
The apartment is located in the most emblematic port area, surrounded by restaurants, bars and all kinds of activities. A great place to enjoy the summer surrounded by friends or family!

Super locatie

Prima appartement op een geweldige locatie. Aan de boulevard tegenover de jachthaven. Volop restaurant in de directe omgeving en enkele supermarkten. Fantastisch terras.

Großzügige Wohnung in Bestlage

Quasi über den Dächern von Alcudia befindet sich diese Wohnung direkt am Hafen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich vor Ort begrüßt und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Diese ist mehr als ausreichend mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet. Viele Handtücher, Decken, Waschmittel, Spüli, Strandartikel wurden uns bereit gestellt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful apartment in Port D'Alcudia

Beautiful frontline penthouse apartment that had everything we needed. The lovely terrace makes this property extra nice. Great air con which we needed at times. We liked that our hosts included washing liquids, condiments etc. Nice bedding, kitchen ware, beach towels included. A short walk from all amenities. We enjoyed being in the hub of things.

Super emplacement

Appartement très propre à notre arrivée. Hôte qui parle français et qui est très bien. Emplacement de l'appartement est idéal commerces, plages, restaurants, supérette etc sont au pied. Emplacement calme en dernier étage avec 2 terrasses dont une couverte. Appartement à recommander les yeux fermés.

Herrliche Attikawohnung

Sehr gut gelegene, ruhig aber doch zentral.Sehr schöner Ausblick über den Sporthafen Alcúdia. Viele Restaurants, Shops und Cafés in Gehdistanz. Kurzer Spziergang zum weitläufigen Strand. Saubere und funktionale, nicht ganz neue Ferienwohnung, schöne Terrasse.

Well positioned apartment

Excellent spacious apartment, very good location with fantastic views. Good communication with owners. Only disappointment was oven door broken which made it difficult to use. All of the family really enjoyed staying here.

Lovely property in an ideal location

We were looking for something central to everything and close to the beach with a few family friendly bars/clubs for our teenage boys to experience. The location is superb, it’s right where the port meets the beach with loads of restaurants, shops and even small supermarkets just outside the apartment. The view from the 5th floor balcony is incredible, it looks out to the Puerto De Alcudia and the sea. The house was equipped with everything we needed, even hair straighteners! The hosts are really friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable and knew how to contact them. Even though the property is central to everything, it was very quiet at night. Recommended!

Dejlig lejlighed med super udsigt

Vi er lige kommet hjem efter 10 dage i Paco og Marjas lejlighed. En super dejlig lejlighed i gammel stil med en stor terrasse med fantastisk udsigt ud over havnen og bugten. Indretningen fungerede godt, da den er opdelt i soveafdeling og køkken/stue. Der var alt hvad der skal være af køkkenudstyr. Paco og Marja er virkelige søde og hjælpsomme. Kan varmt anbefale denne lejlighed. Tak for nogle gode dage i jeres lejlighed Paco & Marja.

Très bon emplacement !

Tres bon emplacement et belle vue de la belle terrasse ! Identique aux photos. Quelques défauts déjà signalés dans les précédents commentaires, notamment la vetusté du frigo, lave-vaisselle et machine à laver mais qui cependant fonctionnent tous bien. Merci aux hotes pour leur gentillesse et prévenance.

Apartment mit super Lage

Die Vermieter Paco und Marja haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen und alles gezeigt. Man konnte sich jederzeit bei Ihnen melden wenn etwas war. Das Apartment liegt sehr gut an der Promenade. Zusätzlich hatten wir einen festen Parkplatz für unser Mietauto direkt hinter dem Gebäude. Die Wohnung wurde mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Man braucht nichts mitnehmen und hat fast wie zuhause alles vorhanden. Jedoch sind, manches dringender als andere, einige Kleinreparaturen fällig, welche jedoch in Ihrer Funktion nicht behindert sind. Lediglich fürs Auge sollte einiges verbessert werden. Trotzdem würde immer wieder gerne in dieses Apartment wenn ich nach Alcudia verreise. Vielen Dank!

Très bel appartement

Supere belle vue depuis la terrasse les photos sont conformes ! Une vraie carte postale ! L appartement est propre, lits confortables Grands espaces clim toutes les pièces (été 2022 très appréciable ) Tous les équipements sont sur place : ustensiles de cuisine, serviettes de bain, serviettes de plage, sèche cheveux, fer a repasser barbecue /plancha…Top !!plage vraiment à 200 m, eau chaude et turquoise peu profonde station balnéaire familiale et animée. Paco et Marja sont très accueillants et très disponibles. Place de parking jsute à côté. Nous avons découvert de magnifiques criques proche d Alcudìa.
