Location great for walking to restaurants, shops, and bars on Magazine. Gated parking huge plus. Can be loud at night but expected due to being in the middle of everything. Was a repeat stay and would stay again.
My family had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The layout, amenities and location make this a great value and my family of five was very comfortable. The location in the heart of the Magazine Street area and off-street parking are of particular note. We will definitely be back!
Enjoyed our stay, just a little confused on # of beds there twin bunks, 1 queen and one sleeper sofa. Very clean and really appreciated fenced parking would stay again.
Close to food and pubs. Great coffee spot. After long days using streetcars to get to french quarters. The patio was comfortable minus the discarded broken chairs. A small grill would be nice but i didn't cook this trip. So it doesn't matter. Loved it
The location of the apartment is terrific. Very walkable and lovely. Ample space. The kitchen is equipped well. It is a nice place to be central to anything you want to do, yet quiet for NOLA
Awesome location within walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. Quick walk to St Charles streetcar. On site secure parking is great. Inside of unit was as advertised. There is nice backyard deck and upstairs balcony but most of the seating was not in usable condition. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
The small condo was a perfect place for my family of four to land in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. We loved being able to take advantage of the walkability with Magazine Street right there and St. Charles just a few short blocks away. We have friends we were visiting in the Irish Channel and hopping on the expressway to Mid-City is also super convenient from here. The bedroom is split with a 3/4 wall into 2 rooms sharing a full bath. Again, it was great for us - two parents and two kids, ages 8 and 10. The kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking at home and warming leftovers. The gated parking added extra peace of mind during a busy time in the city. We would be happy to rent again another time!
We were in town for a Science conference and this location was fantastic! We were able to walk to many places and if we had to take an uber, it was centrally located enough for all rides to be short and sweet!
We loved that there was a place to eat and drink right next door.
All conversations with the host were quick and easy. We had a great time!
Great location, secure parking. Clean and comfortable. Only thing would be back patio area needee cleaned up and weeded, so we didnt use.

Great location safe location
Great location, nice place, just need better cleaning, old couch downstairs, had old stained couch pillows. My teenagers socks after walking on the ceramic floors were black, dirty but hey it’s a rental! All appliances worked. On check out the cleaning service came and insisted that check out time was 10 am.. She called the owner in which was nice to us. I had a conversation and said hey I can screen shot with 11 am check out. He agreed so that fine. Overall I would stay her again
Unfortunately, we needed to leave two days before we had planned to, due to a medical issue, but it was convenient to have a safe place to park our rental car right outside our unit. Maybe we will get back there some day.
Unit was all as advertised. Very well stocked with all the amenities to make our stay memorable. Quaint neighborhood very near downtown with excellent security. Would enjoy staying here again when in New Orleans.
Traveling from Southflorida to Houston , 2 day stay in New Orleans
We have driven by New Orleans many times but never stopped. This time we are going to Houston for a family wedding and we decided to stop in New Orleans for two days. The location is ideal and and the secure on-site parking is perfect. You can walk to breakfast to get coffee and all sorts of other restaurants and shops. The French Quarter is less than 15 minutes away.. This place was perfect for our family to rest and relax in between sightseeing. the host was super helpful and was only a text away with any questions we had.

Why they chose this property
This property was our first home together as a young couple. As we have expanded our family, we've had to move on, but we have not let go... We've continued to make improvements, and equipped the property with more amenities and conveniences that we are sure you'll find enjoyable.
What makes this property unique
Amazing location for anyone who is looking to immerse themselves in one of New Orleans' great walkable neighborhoods, which has so much to offer, from restaurants, shops, bars, parks, antiques, architecture, sightseeing, and everything classically New Orleans.
