Bedroom 3: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Single (3ft) Bed Ensuite: Toilet (Only), No Toilet. Oil fired central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included; remainder available from owner at £5 per basket. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Front garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. . Birch Cottage is a delightful three-storey accommodation that caters to your needs. On the ground floor, you’ll find an equipped kitchen with a dining table, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cosy lounge featuring a TV and a wood burner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation.
Moving up to the first floor, there is a kingsize bedroom and a single bedroom., which have been tastefully furnished and with comfort in mind. The single bedroom actually has a double bed but with access from one side of the bed only. Additionally, a family bathroom is available, ensuring convenience for all guests. Ascending to the second floor, you’ll discover a spacious family bedroom with a kingsize bed and a single bed. This room offers an en-suite toilet, providing privacy and convenience. Outside, the holiday let boasts a lovely front garden with furniture and BBQ, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air.
