It is strategically located, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful seafront, the Naval Academy and Terrazza Mascagni. It is 3.6 km by car from the port and the historic centre.

You will find a living area with a sofa bed with peninsular, smart tv hd and a new kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and a full set of pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses and cups.
The apartment is on the first floor without lift.
It is conveniently located: 200m from the bus stop, 180m from the supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy.

The Municipality of Livorno charges a tourist tax of €1.70 in high season (April to September) and €1.00 in low season (October to March), to be paid in cash at check-in. Free for children under 14 years of age.
