Two double bed bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms are perfect for a large family or group of friends .There is also a sofa bed in a living room perfect for 2 kids or one adult .
Kitchen has all the equipment you may need except the oven, but local bars and restaurants are only 3 min away by foot.
Nearest beach is 11 min by walk ,and supermarket is only 5 min away. Roof terrace with a sea view is perfect to enjoy the sun, a bbq or stars at night.

All house is accessible including ,2 bedrooms with their own toilets and showers ,living room with kitchen and tv and sofa bed. Dressing room/reading room. Downstairs patio for having coffee in the mornings and stairs leading to utility room with access to roof terrace .

Park on the street in front of the house or in the parking behind .
