The special thing about the exclusive apartment is the combination of the perfect location (city and lake) and modern, bright furnishings. You can simply feel at home here! The apartment is located on the 1st floor in the second row on the shore of Lake Schwerin. From the balcony you can enjoy the sparkling blue of the lake and count sailing boats passing by. The apartment is completely new furnished with great attention to detail and makes your vacation a special experience! Completely worry-free: your own parking space is right in front of the door, the beds are made when you arrive, the towels (initial supply) are ready for you and the fiber optic internet provides you with your favorite content. This service and all additional costs are included in the overnight price.

The light-flooded apartment offers space for 4 to 6 people with two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200) and a sofa bed (140x200) in the living room. It is modern and at the same time classically stylish.
A spacious hallway takes you directly to the sauna (2x2m) and the luxuriously equipped main bathroom with double vanity, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and spacious, walk-in shower. Next door you will find the guest toilet with washing machine and sink. The path continues into the fully equipped, open kitchen-living room with a spacious dining table (180x90). The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. There is a Bosch induction hob with extractor hood, a Bosch oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a French press coffee machine, a capsule coffee machine (Cafissimo pure) and, above all, plenty of storage space for your food and supplies. Dishes, pots and glasses are plentiful. Likewise the basic equipment, consisting of dishwashing liquid, cloths, kitchen roll, garbage bags and tea towels.
From the spacious living area, which is equipped with a sofa bed (140x200) and a flat screen TV (with fiber optic connection, 55 inches) as well as a bright dining table, you reach the spacious and cozy bedroom with an inviting box spring bed (180x200). Here, a large wardrobe offers you enough storage space for your holiday clothes or your luggage. A console serves as a shelf or as a desk for your work stay.
Right next door you will find the second bedroom, also with a box spring bed, large wardrobe and console with storage space. If necessary, we will be happy to provide you with a children's travel bed (140x70).

On the XXL balcony you can experience wonderful sunrises with a view of the lake or enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

Easy check-in/check-out: Thanks to a key box, you can arrive completely self-sufficient and independently. There is still no lack of service: If there are any problems, you can reach the landlord using your cell phone number and Whatsapp.
We keep check-out just as easy.

A special detail that should not be underestimated for a restful sleep are the blackout shutters on all windows. Turn day into night and enjoy your sleep in the dark and complete peace, because the access to the apartment is a dead end. No through traffic will disturb you.

The apartment is located in the city of Schwerin and yet in the countryside with enormous recreational value. Culture, shopping and nature – Schwerin combines all of this. Schwerin Castle and the city center are about 1.5 km away and can be easily reached via a low-traffic cycle/pedestrian path.
The nearest bakery is about 500 m away. It is 3 km to the train station. Nearest supermarket: 1.5 km. If you are traveling by public transport and need a shuttle, please let us know. We will find a solution.

The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions: for example to the Baltic Sea (45 minutes drive), to Wismar (30 minutes), Rostock (1 hour), Lübeck and Hamburg (1.5 hours) and to numerous castles and manor houses.
