The property is located in Kanica, peaceful settlement close to the popular summer destination Rogoznica, known for its 54 km long coastline with a number of rocky, sandy and pebbly beaches. The holiday home is located just above the sea side, so has a private beach on its doorstep. It spreads over two floors. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are on the top floor and all three rooms open onto the long, shared balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. Kitchen, living/dining room and another bathroom are on the ground floor. But the great advantage of this property is the outdoor space with barbecue, dining table, lounge and deck chairs, which gives a great sense of relaxation and feels like being by the sea all the time.
