The Space:
Located on the 4th floor with an elevator, this recently renovated apartment is spacious and full of light. You'll enjoy the very nice balcony with its seating area and views of the neighborhood. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. The 2 bedrooms come with 1 double bed and 2 single beds and there are 2 full bathrooms for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay. In addition, we offer our guests access to the HolyGuest app, which provides local recommendations, guidebooks, and in-room services.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Sea Side - Old North - Nordau neighborhood, you'll find yourself within walking distance of many of Tel Aviv's top attractions. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops in the surrounding area. The neighborhood is easy to navigate and offers easy access to public transportation.

Getting Around:
To get around the neighborhood, we recommend walking or renting a bike. Many of the area's top attractions are within walking distance. There are also plenty of public transportation options available.

Upgraded welcome packs may be ordered prior to your arrival. Early check-in, late check-outs, midstay cleanings or baby cribs and high chairs may be available for an additional fee, on demand, and subject to availability.
Non-Israeli residents are not required to pay VAT, however, a valid passport photo and tourist visa must be presented by all guests upon arrival. Failure to provide these documents may result in a 18% VAT charge.
