Casa Las Peras, La Laguna

Beautiful house with garden and free WIFI very close to the historic center of San Cristóbal de La Laguna and in a unique environment: The Camino de Las Peras, which has maintained the same structure since 1780, being one of the most important places for leisure and sports in this city. This modern house has a barbecue area and outdoor dining area on its large terrace, where you can enjoy the tranquility. You will also have the possibility of teleworking from any of the two work spaces.

The house has two double bedrooms, one of them with a Smart TV and a work space, a modern full bathroom with shower, a large living/dining room with working space and chimmey and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, in its outdoor area, we will find a large garden with a dining area and barbecue, a laundry area and a play area for the little ones. Moreover, we offer a baby cot that you can request to our reservations team!

Although the arrival is autonomous, we will provide the instructions as well as provide telephone assistance in case you need it.

San Cristóbal de La Laguna is the largest city in Tenerife and the only one on the entire island declared a World Heritage Site. This historic town was founded in 1497 by Alonso Fernández de Lugo, who chose an inland city to avoid pirate attacks along the coast. Thus, La Laguna was the first capital of Tenerife and concentrated all the power of the island.

To visit La Laguna is to travel back to the most splendor era in the history of Tenerife. The perfectly aligned cobblestone streets served as a model for the urban design of colonial cities in America. La Laguna has maintained its original layout from the 15th century.

The house is only 14 minutes by car from the North Airport and 45 minutes by car from the South Airport.

The connection with other areas of the island is very good as it has numerous bus lines. In addition, the tram that connects with Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Being in a fairly central area, you will find bars, restaurants, shops and parks in its surroundings. Among them, Parque La Vega, an ideal place to take a walk and disconnect from routine.
