Fantastic Oceanfront Property that steps out to the sand! This property was recently remodeled in 2017 with custom mosaic tile, designer touches, new appliances, a Miele coffee maker, LED screen TVs etc. Imperial Beach is a short drive to Coronado and many San Diego Attractions.

Enjoy walks on the Beach, the sound of crashing waves, and spectacular sunsets. The Imperial Beach Pier I walking distance, as well as many restaurants, and local shops.

You will not be disappointed!

We are also happy to work with Military Personnel, Contractors, Government Employees, etc....at all of our properties. We are familiar with Seasonal Per Diems and the requirements for these type of stays. Please inquire for details.

A Wonderful Place To Stay

Art’s condo in Imperial Beach is lovely and right on the ocean! The condo is clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and the counter and wall mosaics are fabulous! There are two patios…. One is off the living room and the other off the master bedroom. Both face the ocean! There is nothing between you and the ocean other than the condos pathway. Directly to the east is The Tijuana Estuary. It’s the largest wildlife preserve in Southern California. There are a number of walking trails where you’ll see many egrets. Imperial Beach is a cute, quiet beach town. Covid perfect! There are a number of outdoor restaurants that have heaters. Art is a very attentive and accommodating host. I would highly recommend a stay there.

Beach escape

This is our second year at this property. We absolutely love everything about Imperial Beach! The condo is located right on the beach and furnished with everything you might possibly need. The kitchen is very well stocked. We enjoyed binging on Netflix, walking the beach, riding our bikes and feeling very safe. Art is a wonderful host. We can’t wait to return next summer.

Beautiful property

I stayed at this property for a little over a month and it was absolutely beautiful. Art was very easy to work with and was helpful in answering any questions that came up during the stay. I would defiantly stay at this property again if given the opportunity.

Beach getaway

This property is amazing! The kitchen is extremely well stocked. There was everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The property is close enough to the restaurants and the fun of Imperial Beach, but far enough away to be very quiet. The washer and dryer in the unit were very convenient. The owner was easy to reach and dealt with any issues in a very timely manner. Although “June gloom” was there for most of the month, we enjoyed the cool weather. We can’t wait to go back next year.

This excellent host helped create a wonderful atmosphere within the home and by solid communications during my stay. The condominium is fully stocked with amenities to make you feel at home! The access to the beach and nightly sunsets over the Pacific added to a wonderful time!

Perfect

We spent two months at the condo and just loved it. The house has every amenity you need, great beds and linens. We watched the sunset every night sitting on the patio, took walks on the beach and my kids surfed right outside of the condo. Great Stay, highly recommend!

Fantastic property, great location. Art, the owner, is super responsive and accommodating.

My business partner and I needed a place to stay for just over a month for work we contacted over at the Naval Medical Base SD. Initially we thought this area would be it off the way, not so. The location was the best for us. Easily accessible, yet away from the hustle and bustle and traffic of a lot of SD. The condo is top notch with EVERY amenity. Great wifi, awesome TVs, comfortable everything, truly a home away from home! Oh, and did I mention the beach and sunsets? Step out the back slider, there's the beach. Great neighbors and the beach is near private. Fantastic place!
