The kitchen is neat, spacious and, among other things, equipped with an air fryer and a moccamaster. Bedrooms are upstairs, where you have a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a more open bedroom with a day bed that is made up to a double bed. Comfortable recliners are also available. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. There are 2 bicycles in existing condition you can borrow on site. If AC is desired, there will be an additional cost on site. Motorboats can be booked in advance via the owner of the house if you have boating experience. There is no mooring, you must therefore launch the boat must when in use. There are wild boar, bison, several deer, restaurant, spa, fishing, bicycle and canoe rental, etc. You can enjoy nice swimming at Köpegårda beach with sandy beach and attractive cliffs for climbers. You are also close to swimming in Lake Svartasjön. For golf enthusiasts, Karlshamns golf club with its 36 holes is usually popular. Smoking not allowed. Pets not welcome
