Terrible Experience
I can't say much about the accommodation as we never got to see it. We messaged the host several times before arrival to no response. We made our way to the nearest train station and then dragged our luggage 20 mins to the area which the accommodation was located. Upon arrival we contacted the host again and asked for the specific address. He finally replied saying he wasn't aware of our booking. I sent him the receipt of payment to which he claimed it must have been an error in the system, as the hotel was fully booked out. This was not what we wanted to hear after travelling for over 2 hours to get there. He offered to arrange accommodation at another hotel and told us to head to another town 20 mins away, so we dragged our bags back to the train station and headed there. Again we walked all the way to the new destination with our heavy bags, up and down so many stairs, and when we finally got there we called the host again, and again no reply. This was very frustrating considering we had been travelling for ages and just wanted to have a shower and get changed. Finally when he responded he said that he couldn't arrange the accommodation, and will try elsewhere. All up we waited over 6 hours in the streets to eventually be told he couldn't help us and we should find our own place for the night. He did refunded our money, but by this stage my wife was in tears from exhaustion. We lost a whole day waiting for an outcome that never came. Very disappointed with this service.
