Location great, but very noisy
The unit is very clean and spacious. The location within Rosemary Beach is great - close to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc. There was plenty of space for our family of five. One major drawback to the unit is the noise level at all hours of the day. The unit is above the alley that serves as the loading area for the Main Street restaurants (Cowgirl Kitchen, La Crema, etc), and is above and below the restaurant Pescado. The first night we arrived (Saturday) there was a private party on the Pescado Rooftop with a DJ playing music so loud you could hear every word and feel the base in the unit. Thankfully there is a noise ordinance that requires music to stop at 10p. The next morning the commercial trash pick up started at 4:30a and we were awaken by the loud banging of the dumpsters and trash trucks. Every other morning we were awaken to slamming doors below the unit (presumably cleaning crews) between 5:30 and 6:30a. There is a large wrap around deck that would be amazing to sit on and relax, enjoy your morning coffee, eat lunch etc. However, every morning and throughout the day there were delivery trucks that arrive and sit in the alley idling (very loudly) for hours. Lastly, the area right below the deck serves as the location for kitchen staff smoke breaks, so there is frequently someone sitting below the deck smoking cigarettes. If not for the constant noise this would be a 5-star property.

A great getaway
The location is extremely convenient, just steps to the restaurants and a very short walk to the beach and easy access to pools. The condo itself was very well laid out and furnished, including pots and pans etc. The beds were comfortable and the living space was large and comfortable. The only downside was that being right behind the main restaurants means quite a bit of noise (delivery trucks, trash trucks, AC units etc). The sound is decently insulated from the inside but it prevented us from enjoying the outside space as it was not relaxing. Overall this is a great unit and we would stay here again.

Really love this location. Enjoyed our stay. Appreciated the free use of bikes. Areas to improve: Hot water needs to improve how long it takes. It’s not really acceptable. Also a little bit of tree pruning would allow a view of the ocean from RHS of deck. Noise level of delivery and garbage trucks is pretty severe in the very early morning, I.e. before we wake.

Rosemary Beach Getaway
Wow, what a beautiful home(condo), my wife and my 2 grown daughters had an amazing time in Rosemary. This home is stunning, Look no further. Everything is within walking distance, shops, restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. If available in the future, we WILL be back!!!!

Perfect Rosemary Beach location
We (two older couples) chose this place because of (1) its close proximity to restaurants, etc. in Roswemary Beach, (2) its elevator access and one-floor living, (2) its two king bedrooms with private baths. It was truly lovely... well equipped, wonderful linens, aesthetically beautiful, large decks... elegant vacationing at its best! We will be coming back to visit here again!

Nice condo in the heart of Rosemary Beach
We enjoyed the location, layout and cleanliness of the condo. All the furniture and decorations were very nice. Our biggest complaint was the significant amount of morning noise from the trash truck daily beeping at 6am below us along with noises from the restaurants below. We would also get a wake up by a gentleman that vacuumed the stairwell by our condo every morning and bang the metal handrails. The condo was very centrally located in the heart of all the fun of Rosemary and it was still a nice getaway for our family.

Very Loud and beware of parking....
The location, although centrally located, is not great being on top and below a restaurant. It is loud, like very loud. That's during operation, during closing at 1am each night, and early in the morning. This noise is the worst in the master bedroom. Bring ear plugs. The parking that is included is an extremely tight garage that will not fit a large SUV. That said it was okay for a minivan. The problem is it is also located right next to the restaurant, so throughout the stay people park along that street (illegally) and go into the restaurant. If there is a car across the street, you cannot get a car (of any size) in or out of that garage because of how tight it is. So, when we checked in at night we had no place to park, and also got our vehicle stuck in there a couple of times.

Great Location
My Family and I really enjoyed the space. The Kitchen and patio were prefect for entertaining and having friends over for drinks and apps. The location is awesome for two reasons. Number one, easy access to the restaurants on the main street (La Crema, Cowgirl, etc...). Secondly, there is easy access to the beach, especially if your chairs are at "H". Contrary to some of the comments about noise, we thought it was in an acceptable range and trade off for the location. We would return again.

Rosemary perfection!
Gorgeous condo, pristinely clean, exactly as described. Convenient to everything Rosemary has to offer. After renting at least 2 times yearly for years this was the cleanest and most well kept unit we have ever stayed in. It was not noisy as described by other reviewers. We never noticed the upstairs restaurant. I Can’t wait to rent this one again!!

We had a great stay here! Check-in was easy and the condo is located right in the middle of town. There was lots of truck/garbage noise for the local restaurants but that is the be expected. Highly recommend!

We loved the condo. It was large and had all the modern amenities. Very comfortable! Near center of RB and short walk to the beach. The only negative is that we were awake men each morning early by garbage trucks beneath our outside deck. Loved it otherwise.

Rosemary Luxury Condo
Property was beautiful! Great layout with master bedroom, second bedroom, two hallway kid bunks and three full bathrooms. Nicely furnished and decorated. Fantastic deck! One stall garage a plus (although a tight fit!). Great location. Those who like to sleep in may not appreciate the early morning restaurant delivery and garbage pick-up - a bit noisy. Otherwise perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Property was even more attractive and comfortable than the photos. The third bedroom is a bunk room in the hall, not a full bedroom. It was nice having three showers for four people. Please know that there is a rolling cart off the lobby for checking in/out. We were not aware of this at check in and had to make many trips up the elevator. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, glasses, and appliances you could need to cook a snack or an entire meal. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a nice vacation with our 2 adult sons at this property. It is well decorated, the beds and furniture were very comfortable, and you can't beat the central location and access to the beach. There were a few small problems however. First, the garage space is unmarked and difficult to access, especially since the garage opener is temperamental and the directions for finding the unmarked garage were outdated. 2) The unit was advertised as a 3 bedroom, but it is actually a 2 bedroom with hallway bunks...not a deal breaker but not ideal for our 2 adult children. 3) I would consider it clean-ish...not sparkling clean. There were stains on the sofa pillows and the master bedroom coverlet. The unit could use some paint in areas, and the water pressure in a few spots was no more than a dribble. Some simple improvements to help back up the luxury price point would be fairly inexpensive and make a difference: the unit should be sparkling clean and painted (absolutely no stains anywhere ever!), new high end toiletries instead of the refilled worn bottles provided (just gross), more than 2 wine glasses, matching fluffy beach towels instead of the worn out towels provided, if the reservation is for 4 people- have 4 waters and 4 coffee pods available at check-in.....and if you really wanted to be extra...a few beach chairs and umbrellas or bikes to use. It seemed to me, the owners bought this place several years ago, put some real money into it, and then haven't done anything except give it a basic cleaning since then...and it has been used well. One final note, we did enjoy the very large deck with the many seating areas. There is not much of an ocean view, as was stated in a previous review, but it is an enjoyable place to start and end your day.
