This delightful apartment, located in a building with a lift just a stone's throw from Piazzale Roma, is a mix of Venetian and modern style.

It is located in an excellent starting point to explore the city as it is close to the Piazzale Roma vaporetto stop which will take you anywhere, from Rialto and St. Mark's Square to the beaches of the Lido or directly to the airport. It is also reachable on foot from the Piazzale Roma car parks in one minute and without crossing bridges, and from the Santa Lucia train station in 3 minutes on foot.

The Sestiere of Santa Croce, where it is located, is also one of the most characteristic and residential areas of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars. If you prefer a dinner in the privacy of your home, you will find the Coop supermarket 20 metres away.

It consists of a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, and is suitable for couples or families, up to a maximum of 3 people.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with wi-fi internet access, air conditioning, autonomous heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, Nespresso coffee machine and TV.

On the ground floor there is a paid luggage storage that may be useful in case of early arrivals or departures after the check-out time.

Check-ins are possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.
