Lleathdy Cottage is a single storey property. The living space consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, a living/dining room with TV, electric fire and dining seating for two and a conservatory snug. There is a double bedroom serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is a shared non-enclosed garden and private non-enclosed patio and lawn with furniture. Within 3.9 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. One well-behaved small dog welcome; please enquire first if you wish to bring another type of pet. Explore Sir Benfro with a stay at the lovely Lleathdy Cottage.
