The accommodation has all the comforts, located on the sixth floor with a lift, its location is its strong point, we are really within walking distance of everything, you can forget about the car in the convenient car park that we will make available upon reservation.
At the entrance you will find a spacious room with 55'' TV, sofa bed, air conditioning, dining table and various photographic references relating to the history of the Sanremo Festival. Immediately in front of you you will find the kitchen overlooking the terrace, on the right, the bathroom and the bedroom, with ceiling fan and TV, furthermore, there is WI-FI throughout the accommodation.
Parking will not be included in the booking price. Depending on the season, the price of parking will vary from €15 to €20 per day.
