Access to the property is by footpath only, on a steep hill and around 40 steps. . Welcome to Sheila’s Cottage, a charming holiday retreat within Exmoor National Park, just half a mile from the idyllic towns of Lynton and Lynmouth. Perched on an elevated position, this cosy haven offers both tranquillity and convenience, with an excellent pub and restaurant right across the road. Please note that due to its location, the cottage is not suitable for people with restricted mobility.
The cottage features three inviting bedrooms on the first floor: a double, a comfortable twin, and a charming single. There’s also a first-floor bathroom. On the ground floor, a warm living room with a fireplace invites relaxation after exploring the picturesque surroundings. The well-equipped kitchen / dining room caters for all your culinary needs, while a ’secret’ shower room and toilet add convenience. Outside, a small sitting area at the front of the cottage allows you to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views.
You will find surfing and beach/paddle boarding nearby, along with river swimming just 5 minutes away. Lynton and Lynmouth offer a treasure trove of attractions.
