Less than 10 minute-drive to Galleria at Tyler Mall which has the movie theaters and plenty restaurants. Built in 2005 in the nice "Chaumont" gated community. Has bright open floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2 car garage. All bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliance. Community amenities include green belts, a pool, and spa.
